Use
- Before, during and after physical activity.
- Suitable for daily use.
- For all ages from 12 years and up.
- Apply 3 to 4 times a day to the area to be cared for.
- Apply at least 1 to 2 grams to the area to be cared for.

- Wash hands thoroughly after use.
